Please note that, shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.

NxModels is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

NxModels is not responsible if the shipping company lost a package, or if your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, in both cases, the client should contact the corresponding courier company.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please also email us at
support@nxmodels.com or use the Contact Form below to inform us.  You will not be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Keep in mind you cannot request a refund and or return if 30 days have gone by since purchase.
