Shipping Information

At NxModels, we partner with trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, USPS, and Canada Post to offer reliable shipping services to Canada, the USA, Europe, and worldwide. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • USA: Standard Tracked Shipping (6-12 days)
  • Canada, UK, Australia: Standard Tracked Shipping (7-14 days)
  • Europe: Standard Tracked Shipping (7-14 days)
  • Rest of the World: Standard Tracked Shipping (10-20 days)

Important Notes:

  • NxModels is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The shipping address you provide at checkout will be the address we use to ship your order.
  • If your order has been marked as delivered, but you have still not received it, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 3 business days for the courier to deliver your package before contacting us.

  • If your order has not been marked as delivered within 10 days after the estimated delivery date, we will be happy to issue a full refund on your order or send a free replacement.
